A custom PHP backend developed as a freelance project for a restaurant chain, powering the customer-facing side of their loyalty program: account activation, order verification, satisfaction surveys and marketing automation.

Role and Contributions
I designed and developed the backend end-to-end: data model, API endpoints, SMS and CRM integrations, admin/verification tooling and the automation layer connecting customer events to marketing campaigns.
